Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong on October 18 attended the Multi-Stakeholders Forum (MSF) 2024, themed “Empowering people and technology: Towards an inclusive digital Vietnam”. Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh, General Director of Samsung Vietnam Choi Joo Ho, and representatives of international organizations, corporations, tech enterprises, research institutes, and universities attended the forum.
