Under the direction of the Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai at the meeting of the Steering Committee on investment in the form of public-private partnership (in Notice No. 388/TB-VPCP dated November 28th2012), Ministry of Planning and Investment is responsible for reviewing and modifying the inadequate contents of Decision 71/2010/QD-TTg dated Nov 09th2010 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Regulation on pilot investment in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), taking the comments of the relevant agencies to submit the Prime Minister.
Under the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of legal documents, to have the integrated basis, and submit to the Prime Minister, Electronic Information Portal of Ministry of Planning and Investment would like to publish the full text of 2nddraft revisions of Decision No. 71/2010/QD-TTg with the hope to invite the participants of the market soundings to consider and raise comments.
